THE ENERGETICS OF GRACE

Grace shows up in our lives in countless ways. Sometimes it is quiet and mysterious, tiptoeing in almost unnoticed. Other times it is not so subtle, transporting us to heavenly realms we can't even describe.

Healing is grace, and, paradoxically, that which needs to be healed is also grace. When my own personal and professional healing journey led me to the study and practice of energy medicine, I began to notice that as I used it to release the energetic imprint of traumatic experiences, more and more obvious manifestations of grace started showing up in my life and in the lives of my clients.

I discovered what many others before me had learned: that combining the power of our attention and intention with energy healing produces rapid, deep, and lasting transformation at all levels of our being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. This is what I have come to call the energetics of grace
