Tapping into Wealth


A couple of years ago, a new client told me that she had discovered EFT through a book called Tapping into Wealth: How Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Can Help You Clear the Path to Making More Money, by Margaret Lynch.


I was familiar with the book, but I hadn't read it.

When my client told me how powerful she had found it to be, I decided to put it on my must-read list, and about a year later, I finally got to it. Wow! I quickly discovered that this book is a treasure. Not only did my income grow by 50% within months of reading it, but I was also freed from inner obstacles that were keeping me stuck in a holding pattern, unable to take action toward accomplishing many of my goals.

By reading it and doing the recommended exercises, I was able to identify and release old traumas that I didn't even know I had, which enabled me to shed a lot of heaviness, limiting beliefs, and negativity in the process.


Things I had wanted to do for years but felt powerless to achieve were suddenly as easy to do as brushing my teeth (but a lot more fulfilling!).

Well, that's what I was experiencing--fueled by inspiration and excitement that was finally unimpeded by internal stumbling blocks.

Since then, I've been recommending Tapping into Wealth to my clients who are working with me on career and money issues. And now I'm recommending it to you.



How to Use This Book to Change Your Life

Using the book, give yourself a real tapping session. This means all phones turned off, at least an hour set on a timer, tissues nearby in case there are tears, and a notebook and pen for writing down things that the author suggests, as well as whatever thoughts and feelings that come up that can be tapped out later.


Lastly, a glass of water in case of thirst, so that the session won't be interrupted in order for you to get yourself some.

Get the audio version of the book, either the CDs or on Audible. Then listen to the entire book, one chapter at a time, one chapter per reading/listening session--Chapter one means session one.


I suggest that you tap along to the entire chapter as you listen to it (this is the purpose of listening to it rather than reading it, because it's much easier to tap when listening than reading).

When exercises come up, do them right then, pausing the recording when necessary.


When finished with an exercise, continue listening to the recording, tapping along until the chapter is finished.

Be sure to watch the companion video for that chapter, and tap along to it, even if it's not a video in which the author, Margaret Lynch, is tapping.


The reason for tapping at this time is that whatever she's talking about will bring stuff up for you, and as it comes up, you can tap it out. Trust me on this one!

Lastly, go back to any notes you took while listening to the chapter, and tap out whatever is there.


Now you will have completed that chapter and that session. I found that this whole process usually takes about an hour.




Opening the Floodgates of Effortless Effort

When I took myself through this process, it jump-started my business and my finances so quickly that I could barely keep up.


I was overflowing with ideas and inspiration, and, more importantly, I found it virtually effortless to implement all of these ideas, because my inner blocks to accomplishing these tasks were gone. I'm just recommending this book because it's one of the best tapping tools I know of. It's not only great for financial success, but for identifying and releasing many different types of issues and obstacles that cause suffering.
